1. Brush your skin with a loofah or skin brush when you shower to stimulate circulation.
2. Massage cocoa butter into the stretch marks.
3. Use vitamin E oil on your stretch marks. Massage it into your skin after a shower.
4. Talk to your doctor about using tretinoin cream on stretch marks. It is available by prescription only. Also, there are OTC drugs that help reduce the appearance of scars, this also can help reduce the look of stretch marks.
5. Eat foods high in vitamins A, E and C or take supplements in addition to your diet.
6. Add foods or supplements to your diet that are high in zinc which is good for the skin, and silica (beets, brown rice, bell peppers, soybeans, leafy green vegetables and whole grains), which helps form collagen, the supporting fibers in the skin.
7. Eat foods that contain essential fatty acids, which help make cell walls. Essential fatty acids can be found in many vegetables, vegetable oils and fish oils.

Nice post. Appreciate the advice.
4there is one "little" oil which you might use as well - with stunning effects: Olive oil - of course vergin (olio di oliva extra vergine) - that is awesome. In Switzerland we have Weleda - they have a very special pregnancy oil - which is brilliant - there is also another tipp fm Hawaii or fm other countries in which the coconut grows: virgin coconut oil - very good too. Pls know in your last pregnancy weeks - do not pull your skin too hard and do not exfoliate - i.e. peel with strong stuff - it can damage it - because the bigger the belly the more your skin is expanded- then you should really treat your skin with care and gently.
BTW: massages of
your pregnant belly - YOUR BABY WILL JUST LOVE IT
5Great tips
